McDonald brings more than 25 years of senior executive experience in the IT industry, most recently with EIQ Networks as VP of Global Services, where he led the North American expansion of the service delivery team by opening a Canadian subsidiary and incorporating technical account advocates into the EiQ SaaS offering. Prior to that he led North American operations for Sophos, including building and managing the professional services and support organization.
