Yasmine Al-Hussein is an Investment Manager at Yaletown Partners in the Edmonton office. She is responsible for the Accelerate Funds, focusing on early-stage technology startups in Alberta.

Prior to joining Yaletown, Yasmine worked at Startup TNT, where she built relationships with tech founders and investors, conducting thorough research, and performing due diligence to evaluate startups for potential investment. She has worked in multiple industries including the non-profit sector, post-secondary institutions, and small business services.

Yasmine earned her degree in Business Economics and Law as well as an MBA with specialization in Innovation and Entrepreneurship from the University of Alberta.
