Yasmine is an Investment Associate with Accelerate Funds II to IV, based in Edmonton, AB. She plays a key role in supporting early-stage Alberta-based technology startups, leveraging her deep expertise in the startup tech community. Yasmine is known for her dedication to entrepreneurs across Alberta, where she is trusted as both a team leader and an investor.

Before joining Yaletown, Yasmine served as a Deal Screening Analyst at Startup TNT. In this role, she was instrumental in building relationships with tech founders and investors, conducting thorough research, and performing due diligence to evaluate startups for potential investment. During her time at Startup TNT, she also contributed to the development and expansion of an online forum platform aimed at connecting professionals in the local tech community and industries like power generation, oil & gas, and financial services. Throughout her career, Yasmine has been passionate about supporting new founders, providing strategic and business guidance from ideation to growth.

Yasmine holds an MBA with a specialization in Innovation and Entrepreneurship from the University of Alberta, which she completed in 2020. She also earned a degree in Business Economics and Law, reflecting her strong foundation in business strategy and legal frameworks.
